We will not sell, distribute, rent, or otherwise make available, any of your personal information including, but not limited to, your name, telephone, address, email, credit card, or any other information. We will only contact you via email or telephone in regards to your transaction. We hate spam and telemarketers just as much as the next person so they won't be getting your information from us.

Payment Methods & Sales Tax

We currently accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Pay Pal. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or any other form of payment at this time.

Because Dinky cow operates in Florida, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a Florida address. Those living outside of Florida will not currently be charged sales tax, but may want to look up applicable tax laws in your state.

Order Status

To check on the status of an order that was already placed, please send an email to orders@dinkycow.com. Include your name, order number, and email address. We will respond via email, usually within a few hours.

Shipping Costs & Options

We offer three shipping methods: $6 Flat Rate Shipping, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground

$6 Flat Rate Shipping can be selected for any order including any purchase amount.

USPS Priority Mail is available at a rate chart shown below and takes 2-3 days to arrive once item is shipped.

UPS Ground is available at a rate chart shown below and generally takes 2-7 days to arrive once item is shipped.

* Please note shipping times refers to travel time shipment will take once shipped and does not include time it takes to create your pieces.

Creating Time

All hand painted works take between 1-3 weeks depending on size, because only the artist paints your creation from beginning to end. Canvas Reproductions are custom printed when ordered and take between 2-3 weeks. If you just can't wait to have your nursery finished please send an email to orders@dinkycow.com and we'll try our best to accommodate your time frame.

Return Policy

Because all merchandise is custom made to order, returns are currently not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
